Construction Progress Update

By the end of 2026, the construction works for Phase 1 are scheduled to be completed, including both exterior and interior works.

Construction of Phase 2 of the “Sunny Paradise 2” complex is ongoing in October. The new phase will feature 2+1 apartments with two bedrooms, as well as 35 parking spaces and 17 private garages.

In September, preparatory works began for the construction of the central swimming pool and the access roads within the complex.
