Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bulgaria, Burgas region, Nessebar municipality, Sunny Beach

Main responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of clients (B2C and/or B2B).
- Presentation of the portfolio of our projects (apartments, buildings, etc.).
- Organizing and conducting inspections with clients and agencies at the sites.
- Negotiating and closing transactions.
- Communicating with clients and partners.
- Maintaining and updating client database.
- Communicating with marketing department and working out general development strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 21 to 40 years old.
- Experience in real estate sales from one year (mandatory).
- Education: higher education (preferably in economics, marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Skills in negotiating and closing deals.
- Work with CRM-systems, MS Office, AI platforms for daily tasks optimization.
- Driver’s license.
Advantages:
